James Hawks is a seasoned operations executive with over 30 years of experience in operations, sales, and client relations. He has led mid-sized to large staffing organizations and demonstrated a strong track record in business growth, client relationship management, and merger & acquisition facilitation.

At Agile Velocity, James provides operations support and leadership for the entire organization, with a focus on quality sales processes and positive prospect experiences. His client-centered approach guides daily operations.

James holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami and resides in Austin, TX with his wife and two adult daughters.
