Sally Tait is a pragmatic and human-focused Agile transformation leader, with a mission to simplify and improve ways of working so that it’s more fun, more personally fulfilling, and more valuable to the business at hand. She is passionate about fostering continuous improvement through listening, learning, collaborating, and building alignment. She is a versatile leader with experience ranging from enterprise Agile adoption and organizational change, to project leadership, to product management. Sally has lived all over the USA, now lives in Scotland, and now extends her expertise globally, working closely with leaders and teams across the world as an accomplished coach, mentor, and trainer.
