This three-day course provides attendees with the knowledge to enable continuous value flow by aligning technical strategy with business goals, communicating that strategy to development teams, and applying Agile architecture practices. This course explores the roles, responsibilities, and mindset of Agile Architects, teaching them how to align architecture with business value and drive continuous flow to large systems of systems while supporting SAFe® program execution. Attendees will receive their SAFe® 5.0 Architecture (ARCH) certification at the completion of the three-day class and upon passing the exam.
