First, talk with us to select the right plan for your needs. Once contracts are reviewed and complete, we will plan and host a kickoff call with stakeholders. We will set up your company’s Navigator account and the initial user list, discuss the next steps including support and Practitioner certifications, and answer any other high-level questions. Then, we will schedule a follow-up to ensure everything is set up correctly, answer admin questions, and give a walkthrough.
