Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Workshop

As more organizations of all sizes move away from traditional delivery to Agile delivery, data has shown how difficult the transformation can be. It has also shown that leadership can often stymie Agile adoptions and block lasting business agility.

The Certified Agile Leader I (CAL-1) class teaches leaders how to use Agile principles in their day-to-day interactions with colleagues and team members and how to become an effective change agent and guiding force. This class is also for leaders who believe Agile will help their organizations meet business objectives and who have committed to making the transformation successful.

At the end of the two-day course, participants will have learned skills and models needed to lead an Agile transformation and become a change agent in the organization. The CAL-1 credential is received upon successful completion of the 2-day course. This class is worth 16 SEU’s and/or PDU’s. Learn how to claim them on our FAQ page

Sorry no events to show 🙁

You have people that have similar experiences and instructors with real-life experiences. It is a well-constructed class--the exercises were really well done, enough breaks, a lot of humor. I think it’s absolutely the best thing I ever did.

Janna Clement

So you learn a little bit, you do an exercise, learn a little bit, do an exercise. It keeps you alert, awake, and interested. It’s a good thing to sign up for because it’s valuable; it’s not just something you attend.

James Moscariello

Both the instructors were very informative and kept everyone in tune and interactive all the time. Overall, they’re just a great company. I learned way more in training and way more equipped with the right tools to tell them how to properly use the methodology that no YouTube video could ever teach me.
