Shelby graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Parks and Recreation and a minor in Business Administration. She brought her love of people and processes to Agile Velocity in 2020, and since then has grown into a People Operations role. She believes in bringing honest, candor, and respect to every aspect of work, and thrives helping others give and receive constructive feedback. Shelby serves on the People Team for Agile Velocity, as well as on the Operations, Path to Agility, and Navigator teams.
When not at AV Shelby spends her time with her husband, son, and pets. They can be found kayaking and hiking most weekends, even bringing the cat on short adventures. Shelby runs a 1/2 marathon at least once a year and is currently working on visiting all of the National Parks with her family.
