Agile and Scrum for Teams

Agile & Scrum For Teams (AST) training provides a solid overview of Agile Methodologies and Scrum, giving Agile teams in-depth knowledge of Scrum concepts, events, roles, processes, and practices.

Our trainers can tailor the syllabus to the needs of your organization and we will discuss these requests with you prior to the class so we have time to prepare accordingly.

The AST  class can be combined with two-days of coaching for faster, more successful Agile adoption. This class is only offered as onsite, corporate training. We do not currently offer public AST workshops. If you’re interested in a public Agile and Scrum class, check out our Certified ScrumMaster workshop.

How We Deliver Max Agile Training ROI

Sticky Scrum Training: This isn’t a PowerPoint marathon or a 2-day paid vacation. Our trainers use proven scientific training techniques to create class materials and structure the class to ensure participants absorb and retain the information.

Hit the ground running: Our trainers have performed many roles in their career including ex-developers, former executives, and past project managers. We know how to apply these concepts and have worked with hundreds of teams to integrate Agile and Scrum into real organizations.

Consistency Drives Collaboration and Coordination: Agile and Scrum for Teams ensures everyone has the same understanding of vocabulary, tools, practices, and processes. Teams are in lockstep, which means less confusion and more transformation success.

Who Should Take This Course?

Anyone who is on the Agile team, is managing Agile teams, or working closely with Agile teams should take this course. This means not only Scrum Masters, project managers, product people, developers, and QA, but leaders too….especially leaders!

Since this is an onsite, private class we recommend the minimum class size to be at least 8 people. We have a lot of exercises planned and they are not as effective when class size is below the minimum.

The maximum size for each class is 60. Beyond 60 participants, we recommend multiple classes. Our team of training specialists, client success managers, and coaches will work together to ensure consistency between each class so you have a training solution that scales.

Agile Scrum for Teams vs Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)?

Similar to the CSM workshop, Agile & Scrum For Teams provides a solid overview of Agile value delivery and in-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework. This workshop is a great option for teams who do not necessarily need certification and want more flexibility with training modules tailored to specific needs.
