Expectations

As a Senior Agile Coach, your main responsibility is to coach mid-level managers through the changes they need to make as leaders in order to drive their Agile transformation. Your consulting background will help you quickly acclimate to client surroundings, build relationships and affect change at the system level dealing with cross team coordination and optimizing flow. Colleagues describe you as a problem solver who is able to maintain composure and be professional at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with and expertise in various Agile methods/frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
  • Proficient with scaling frameworks such as LeSS, SAFe®, Scrum at Scale, etc.
  • Specializes in coaching management and teams
  • Able to collaborate with coaching teams for consistent delivery
  • Product or portfolio management experience
  • 7+ years of Agile coaching experience
  • 4+ years of consulting experience
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willing to travel--approximately 80%
