Scrum Alliance has changed their guidelines regarding CSM and CSPO courses to accommodate the needs of the Agile community. Beginning 2018, participants are required to learn about Agile and Scrum overview modules independently in order to make room for more PO-specific learning outcomes and information. For a deep dive into Agile, Scrum, and the empirical model, register for our Certified ScrumMaster course. If you are already a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), you do not have to do the CSPO pre-work.
Participants should come prepared, already familiar with Agile and Scrum basics. We’ve created these videos to cover the information. Students will also need to read the Scrum Guide before coming to class.
