Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner Training

Anyone working in the Product Owner role quickly realizes that there’s more to it than what’s covered in CSPO class, articles, or videos. Working to be the best Product Owner for Scrum teams means acquiring skills and techniques necessary to develop product strategies, empathize with customers, validate or invalidate hypotheses, and manage a Product Backlog.

The Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner class is a 2-day course that focuses on helping Product Owners manage multiple business initiatives, develop product strategy, and see that vision to completion.

In The Advanced CSPO Class You Will Learn How To:

  • Manage multiple business initiatives from stakeholders
  • Develop product strategy and clearly prioritize and manage Product Backlog items
  • Define a clear product vision to ensure your product remains focused on the features customers and end-users will actually use
  • Quickly validate or invalidate hypotheses
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from multiple groups to achieve alignment
  • Identify crucial opportunities and problems with the customer in mind
  • Become recognized as a product expert who delivers real business results.

Training is just one stage of organizational transformation. Attendees will learn a proven transformational framework, the Path to Agility®, which covers all stages of organizational change and their role in making the initiative into a permanent part of the way they work.

Who Should Attend Advanced CSPO Training?

The Advanced Scrum Product Owner Workshop is for those who have at least 12 months of professional experience as a Product Owner and hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification with the Scrum Alliance.

NOTE: You may take the A-CSPO course at any time after completing your CSPO certification, and must have at least 12 months of Product Owner experience logged into your Scrum Alliance profile before you are eligible to receive your A-CSPO certification.
