Erik Cottrell has held numerous roles including CEO, Chief Product Officer, SVP Client Success, General Manager, Director of Product, and startup founder over the span of his 25-year career. Erik brings business and leadership perspective to our Agile transformation engagements. 

Erik primarily works with leaders and their teams to build transformation strategies with confidence knowing they’ll gain long-lasting business results based on resilient and adaptive capabilities in their teams.

Erik has stories about Ironman races and training. A 20-year Austin resident, he’s been allowed by locals to call himself a Texas Longhorn, or at least a legitimate fan.
